We worked with ‘MC’ Dispatch, an Alberta-leading courier service, to transform their daily bulletin board into an online web application. They required open functionality within the app so that it was as easy to adjust waybill information online as it previously was, with a pen on a post-it note.
‘MC’ Dispatch now has a Dispatch screen where new waybills appear on the left, so that they can drag them to the area of town, and the corresponding courier, they want them to be dispatched by. Waybill information is both visible and editable on this screen, alike the Incomplete Order area that displays the status of each order. With a quick glance, the ‘MC’ Dispatch admin can tell if each delivery is “Just a Quote”, “Awaiting Picking”, “On its Way”, or “Delivered”.
